1. From the Start screen of the Getable POS, click "Find Order".
2. From this screen, you can search for orders by any combination of First Name, Last Name, Order #, Order Status, or Channel.
Here's a quick guide to Order Status:
- Any: All orders
- Open: In the process of being reserved, either in-store or over the web.
- Quote: In the process of being reserved via quote request.
- Reserved: The product has been paid for, but not checked out.
- In-progress: The product is currently checked out.
- Closed: The product has been checked back in.
- Canceled: The order was canceled.
3. Click "Search".
4. On the right side of the screen, select the order you're looking for.
You're now looking at the correct order!
