In order to make a new user active on Oak POS, you must sign out of your account and log in again. This automatically downloads a new list of all user accounts on the Back Office, which will activate any new user that has been added. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Click the gear in the top right corner to get to the Settings page.
2. Under POS Settings (bottom left of the page), click Log out.
3. Sign in. Any new accounts will automatically be activated.
