- On the Back Office dashboard, click “Inventory”.
- Click “Manage products”.
- Using SKU or Product name, search for the product you're looking for by clicking submit.
- Once you've found the product, click "edit"
- Under Product Info, enter the authorization amount in the "Deposit Amount" field.
6. Click "Save".
When you reach the Kiosk payment screen with this product added to the order, you'll now see this pre-set authorization amount to remind the user an authorization is required. Additionally, when you tap "Authorize", a blue "Click to apply" button will appear so you can quickly add the authorization total to the field.
