Order-level notes are great for marking down pertinent information about an order. These can be added in both the kiosk, and mission control.
1. While building an order in the kiosk, at any point you can click on the "order notes" button at the top right of the screen. This will pull up a dialog box where you can add notes. When you're done typing, simply click "save notes".
If you tap the "Order notes" button again, you'll be able to see the previously attached notes. They'll also be saved in the order summary section of the POS, so they're the first thing you see when you pull up an order.
Order notes in the POS
1. On the order summary screen, all order-level notes that have been added previously (whether in the kiosk, or in the POS) are displayed.
2. To edit these notes, just tap the button at the bottom of the screen.
