Please note that there is a different return process for the MagTek iDyanmo credit card swiper.
In the event your hardware has an issue, Getable's hardware partner (Zephyr Hardware) can help coordinate the return process. In order to obtain a replacement piece of hardware, please follow the following steps:
- Contact Zephyr Hardware to report the issue and troubleshoot solutions. You can reach them at 240-489-2926 from 9am-6pm ET, M-F. For support questions outside of those times, email firstname.lastname@example.org or leave a voicemail and someone will get back to you the next business day.
- If the issue cannot be resolved, Zephyr will provide directions for contacting the correct manufacturer to submit a warranty claim.
