In the event your MagTek iDynamo swiper has an issue, Getable's hardware partner (Zephyr Hardware) offers a one year warranty on all items. In order to obtain a replacement piece of hardware, please follow the following steps:
- Contact Zephyr Hardware to report the issue and troubleshoot solutions. You can reach them at 240-289-2926 from 9am-6pm ET, M-F. For support questions outside of those times, email email@example.com or leave a voicemail and someone will get back to you the next business day.
- If there's an issue, place an order for a replacement unit (note: you will need to pay for another unit, but will ultimately be reimbursed).
- Getable's hardware partner, Zephyr Hardware will ship a new MagTek iDynamo directly to you.
- Once received, return damaged unit (tip: use same box as replacement shipment for ease).
- Ship direct to Zephyr Hardware at:
